I’m a transformational coach and spiritual mentor devoted to helping you launch into your next level of greatness in the areas of sensuality, spirituality, health, vitality, relationships and leadership. Team leading and entrepreneurship are in my blood. For over 30 years, I’ve been at the helm of a human resource team, nurturing 300-plus employees in my family’s company, which I helped to grow from a one-store operation in 1978 to the thriving, multi-million dollar corporation it is today. I’ve balanced my corporate career with my passion for training and coaching women. I am a yoga teacher (RYT500), Warrior Goddess Training Facilitator, Red Tent Facilitator, a Certified Feminine Power Coach, and a Certified Path of Self Love Guide.
